Technology should adapt to people
We build guides that meet each visitor where they are: in their language, at their pace, and in the way they prefer to explore.

AI tour guides for museums, heritage sites, parks and gardens
A guide your team can stand behind
The principles we hold ourselves to when we build AI for public places.
-
Grounded answers
The guide speaks from material your team has approved.
AiSee answers from the knowledge base you build with us. When it adds general context beyond your material, it tells the visitor. Your team can review answers and set topics the guide should stay away from.
-
Your content stays yours
Take it with you whenever you like.
Your catalogues, labels and research remain your own. You can export your knowledge base and tour transcripts at any time.
-
Built for every visitor
Accessibility is where we started.
AiSee began as a tool for people who are blind and visually impaired, and their feedback still guides what we build. Visitors can follow a tour in their own language, on their own phone or hands-free on a wearable.
-
Private by default
Insight for you without tracking anyone.
Conversations are anonymous and reported in aggregate. You learn what visitors ask without anyone tracking who asked.
Our story
AiSee started in 2012, when our co-founder Suranga built a prototype to help a blind classmate at MIT read lecture notes. Years of research at the Singapore University of Technology and Design, the University of Auckland and the National University of Singapore turned that prototype into a lightweight AI headset.
People who are blind and visually impaired shaped the headset at every stage, and their feedback still guides what we build. In 2025 AiSee spun out of NUS as a company.
Today we bring that work to museums, cultural venues, nature parks and gardens: an AI tour guide that any visitor can use on their phone, and that visitors who want a hands-free visit can wear.
Meet our co-founders

The team behind AiSee
AiSee is built by a small team of engineers, AI specialists, designers and business developers who share one belief: every visitor deserves a guide that listens.
We grew out of years of university research, and we still work the way we began, alongside people who are blind and visually impaired, whose feedback shapes what we build. That same care goes into every tour we create with a venue, from the first upload to the last stop.
