A tour guide for every visitor, powered by AI

Your team curates the tour. AiSee leads each visitor through it, answers their questions and adapts along the way, on their phone or on a hands-free wearable. For museums, cultural venues, nature parks and gardens.

A visitor wearing open-ear earphones stands in a quiet white gallery, looking at a large violet painting.

Built for places worth exploring

  • A visitor wearing earphones looks at a large painting in a white gallery.

    Museums and galleries

Lead visitors from room to room with stories that connect the collection, and answer the questions a wall label cannot.

  • Two visitors, one wearing earphones, walk through a stone cloister at dusk.

    Heritage and cultural sites

Bring history to life in the place where it happened, in each visitor's own language.

  • A visitor wearing earphones walks a gravel path through a tropical garden.

    Nature parks and gardens

Guide visitors along the trail, name what they are looking at, and point out what is in season today.

Visitors do not want a recording. They want a guide.

AiSee walks with each visitor, speaks their language and responds to what they are curious about.

Answers visitors can trust

Visitors ask whatever comes to mind and hear an answer drawn from the material your team has approved. When AiSee adds wider context, it says so.

  • Grounded in your own content
  • Multiple languages supported
  • Guardrails your team sets
Example conversation. A visitor asks why the sky in a painting looks stormy, and the guide explains, like a docent, that it was painted the week a storm hit the harbour and points out that the clouds were reworked three times. The visitor then asks about a tree with a red trunk outdoors, and the guide names it and gives directions to see more.

Always knows the next stop

AiSee directs visitors from one stop to the next, through galleries indoors and along trails outdoors, so nobody stands around working out a map.

  • Works from your floorplan or trail map
  • Adapts when visitors wander
  • Finds entrances, exits and facilities
An example walking route through the Singapore Botanic Gardens. A red route runs from Ridley Hall to the Heritage Museum, a one-minute walk, and on to the Tembusu Heritage Tree, a three-minute walk. A dot moves along it while the guide announces the next stop.

See what visitors care about

Every question is a signal. AiSee shows which stops hold attention, what people ask most and where your story has gaps, without identifying anyone.

  • Top questions and popular stops
  • Dwell time and tour completion
  • Anonymous and aggregated
Example dashboard using sample data. A bar chart of the questions visitors ask most: who made this, where to go next, whether a plant is edible, and how old something is.

Build tours without writing scripts

Choose the stops, set the tone and pick the languages. AiSee turns your direction into a finished tour, and you can change it any afternoon.

  • Upload catalogues, labels and maps
  • Give your guide a voice and personality
  • Update in minutes
Example of the tour studio. A curator adds four stops to a tour one at a time and tries three tones of voice for the guide: warm, scholarly and playful.

On a phone, or hands-free on a wearable

Every visitor gets the same guide. They choose how to carry it.

A visitor wearing earbuds photographs a marble sculpture with their phone.

On their own phone

Visitors install the AiSee app on their iPhone or Android phone and start the tour from there. There are no devices for your team to hand out.

A visitor wearing the black AiSee headset over one ear smiles up at the canopy on a rainforest trail.

On the AiSee wearable

A lightweight headset that guides by voice. Hands stay free and eyes stay on the trail, the canopy or the artwork, not on a screen.

Shaped with blind and low-vision visitors

The wearable was developed with people who are blind and visually impaired. Rich spoken descriptions and step-by-step directions let them explore independently, on the same tour as everyone they came with.

From your material to a live tour

  1. A curator gathers an exhibition catalogue, wall labels, a gallery floorplan and a garden trail map on a desk.

    Upload

Send us what you already have: catalogues, labels, floorplans, trail maps. AiSee organises it into a knowledge base for your venue.

  2. Two museum staff plan a tour on a laptop showing a park map with a route and stops marked in red.

    Design

Pick the stops, the tone, the languages and the limits. You direct the story and AiSee handles the script.

  3. A visitor wearing open-ear earphones smiles up at a large colourful painting.

    Feedback

See what visitors respond to and what they ask that you have not covered. Adjust the tour in minutes.

Questions venues ask us

How do you keep the guide accurate?

AiSee answers from the knowledge base your team approves. When it adds general context beyond your material, it tells the visitor. Your team can review answers and set topics the guide should stay away from.

How quickly can we launch?

It depends on how much material you have and how many stops you want. After seeing your venue on a demo call, we give you a schedule.

Do visitors need an app or special hardware?

Visitors need the AiSee app, which is available for iPhone and Android. No other hardware is needed. The AiSee wearable is an option for venues that want to offer a hands-free visit.

What happens to visitor data?

Conversations are anonymous and reported in aggregate. You learn what visitors ask without anyone tracking who asked.

How do we measure impact?

Your dashboard shows dwell time, tour completion, the most-asked questions and the most-visited stops.

Does AiSee work with our ticketing system?

Tell us what you use for ticketing and visitor records on the demo call, and we will show you how AiSee fits alongside it.

Can we take our content with us if we stop?

Yes. Your content stays yours, and you can export your knowledge base and tour transcripts at any time.

Does it work outdoors, in parks and gardens?

Yes. Tour audio is stored on the device, so narration continues where mobile signal drops, and live answers resume when the connection returns. For rain and heat, we advise on how to handle wearables at your site.
